This project boasts innovation at every step from the outset – prefabricated offsite ending up with just 5-weeks downtime for the surgery. Design and construction strategy was key to delivering this project on time and on budget.

Close collaboration and a negotiated contract with the contractor. This meant special application of materials and construction which allowed the majority of the building and fit-out to be completed off-site.
