The El Kobar Development in Highbrook is one of the last development sites in the business park, and one of a number of sites that form a promenade into the town centre.

The brief was to create a strong architectural statement that would also be appropriate to the high-profile businesses anticipated for the site.

The three offices and warehouse frontages are a sculptural response to the interface between the wide drive it faces, the structured award-winning rhythmic landscape of Highbrook and the views out the estuary.

Triangulated perforated feature screens provide shelter to the terraces below, and integrated with the roof, form the signature to the development.
