Full surgery, recovery rooms and multi-consulting rooms all only resulting in just over a month’s down-time for the existing surgery make this project a true success, you may well ask how!

This project required innovation at every step –full prefabricated offsite construction and an overnight transportation from West Auckland to Milford resulting in only 5 weeks from demolition of the existing facility to full commissioning for the surgery. Design and construction strategy was key to delivering this project on time and on budget, and was achieved by close collaboration and a negotiated contract with the contractor Macrennie Construction.
