The residential neighborhood on Lyttelton Ave is undergoing intensification. Our client came to us with a stand-alone house on a slightly sloping site, with the hope of complete demolition and 6-7 townhouse units along a shared driveway.
Seeing as the standalone 3-bedroom home was in great condition, the decision was made to move this house to the end of the site and construct four compact, affordable four-bedroom units with attached carports.
The efficient planning and detailed discussion of services, access, views, and daylight allowed the development of an effective and practical floor plan.
